1. Samantha, Betty, and Jane are sisters. Samantha is two years older than Jane and four years younger than Betty. Jane is twenty- five. How old are the girls?

 

  

2. Sam, Harry, and Tom are stamp collectors. Figure out how many stamps each boy has. Sam has 25 stamps more than Tom and 6 fewer cards than Harry. Harry has 56 stamps.

 

 

  

3. Linda, Janice, Paul, and Bill deliver papers. Can you figure out how many customers each person has? Bill has 10 more customers than Paul and 2 fewer customers than Janice. Janice has 57 customers. Linda has eight more than Janice.

 

 

 

 4. Jamal, Tim, Jerel, and Nan have all lost teeth recently. Each collected money from the Tooth Fairy. Can you figure out how much each gets from the Tooth Fairy? Jamal got 25 cents more than Tim and 10 cents less than Jerel. Nan got $1.25 for each tooth while Jerel gets 50 cents more for each tooth.

 

 

  

5. The Golden Boy, The Magic Touch, and Pretty Boy are all wrestlers. They all brag about who is the best. Try to figure out who has won the most fights. The Golden Boy has won 6 more fights than Pretty Boy and two fewer fights than The Magic Touch. Magic Touch has won 25 fights.

 

 

 

6. Heavy Foot, Lucky Man, and Nine Lives are all race car drivers. Use the clues to figure out who has won the most races. Heavy Foot has won 16 races more than Lucky Man and 2 less than Nine Lives. Lucky Man has won 29 races.

 

 

  

7. While Bill and Luke were traveling to Grandpa Smith's house, they decided to have a cow counting contest. For each brown cow, you get 3 points, for each white cow you get 2 points, and for any other cows you take away 1 point. See who won the contest. Bill saw 4 brown cows, 11 white cows, and 11 other. Luke saw 6 brown cows, 20 white cows and 15 other.
