Answers for sheet # 232

1) Money off on the shoe = (1/3) x $70 = $23.33
Cost of the shoe = $70 - $23.33 = $46.66
Money left = $50 - $46.66 = $3.34

2) Height after first bounce = (3/4) x 30 m = 22.50 m
Height after 2nd bounce = (1/2) x (22.50 m) = 11.25 m

3) 1 5/6 hours = (11/6 hours/day)
Hours spent in 5 days = (11/6) x 5 days = 55/6 = 9 1/6

4)Diesel fuel = (1/2) x 50,000 = 25,000 liters
Regular gas = (8/15) x 50,000 = 26,666.66 liters
Premium gas = (1/6) x 50,000 = 8333.33 liters
