Answers for sheet # 223

1) (.98 x 3 x .5) + (1.19 x 2) + (2 x 1.12) = $6.09

2) 30 x 40 = 1200 fans in Section 18030 x 10 = 300 people who want jumbo dogs30 x 5 = 150 people who want sodas300/1200 = .25 or 25% of the fans want jumbo dogs150/1200 = .125 or 12.5% of the fans want sodas

3) 400.2/2 = 100.1 lbs per blue marlin
500.11/2 = 250.052 lbs per yellow fin tuna
65.8/4 = 16.45 lbs per sea bass
100/ 5 = 20 lbs per striper

4 lost stripers x 20 = 80 lbs of lost stripers
250.052 lbs of lost yellowfin tuna
100.1 lbs of blue marlin lost
65.8 lbs of lost sea bass

80 + 250.052 + 100.1 + 65.8 = 495.952 lbs of lost fish

4) 96/98 = % of non-Californian kids
96/98 = .9795, or 97.95%
