Answers for sheet # 220

1) Mark's errors + 35 = Anthony's errors
Mark's errors + Anthony's errors = 105
(35 for Mark, 70 for Anthony
35 /105 = 33.3% of the errors were Mark's
70/105 = 66.6% of the errors were Anthony's

2) 28 x .06 = $1.68 for the tax
16 x 2 = $32 money Joe & Natalie have
28 + 1.68 = 29.68 cost of walkie talkies
32 – 29.68 = $2.32 left over

3) $200 x 5 x .05 = $50 interest

4) $15.50 x .75 = $11.63 discounted price
$10.00 is cost of first set
$11.63 - $10.00 = $1.63;
The second set is $1.63 less than the first set.

5) $400 x .25 = $100

$400 - $100 = $300 for the puppy
